## 参数说明

## 中心距

因为链条可以自由拆卸、增减节数，所以你可以：

1. 先根据机器人结构确定两个链轮之间的距离 (中心距)
2. 再根据中心距调整链条长度
3. 最后通过张紧让链条和链轮完美配合

* 中心距不要太小：否则两个链轮会打架
* 中心距不要太大：否则链条拉不紧

## 张紧

链传动需要合适的松紧度才能正常工作。

### 为什么要张紧？

**链条过松：**

* 容易跳齿或掉链
* 磨损加快
* 产生回程间隙，机器人反应变慢

**链条过紧：**

* 链条、轴承、轴负担太重
* 摩擦变大，浪费电机的力量
* 零件寿命缩短

**张紧适中：**

* 传动顺畅可靠
* 磨损最小
* 效率最高

#### 张紧的方法

**什么时候用：** 链条明显过松或过紧时

移动链轮的位置来改变两个链轮之间的距离。

**什么时候用：** 结构设计阶段，或者有足够空间调整时

**缺点：** 需要重新设计安装结构

1. 将两根固定螺栓从旋钮中拧出
2. 使用截链器将固定螺栓分别与链条两端连接
3. 将两个固定螺栓同时对准中间旋钮的两端
4. 旋转旋钮拉紧链条

链条张紧器只能用在链条不形成完整回路的场景。如果张紧器转到链轮位置，会损坏链轮！
